Service Description

A welcoming beginners class for children from primary school age, teens and adults. Learn the foundations of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment, including movement, control, escapes, partner drills and groundwork. No experience needed. Just come along, get involved and start building confidence on the mats.
